To Sell Items
1: You must have Convention Badge
2: You must check out before end of convention. Including pickup of unsold items and pay out.
3: Please, Submit item list before event. We want space for everyone.
4: Conditions New, Used, Parts. We do reserve right to reject titles for any reason. These include: condition, value (over priced), incomplete, etc.
Purchasing
To purchase items, simply browse, find what you want, and take it to the cashier. Prices will be clearly marked on the item. Leaving with product without paying or charging back for items received will be met with legal action and permanent ban from event and convention.
Check out and Unclaimed Items
1: You can donate unsold items to the convention. Thank you.
2: Please, Check out, get paid (Venmo only), and pickup unsold items you want back.
3: Unclaimed Items will be considered donations at end of event. (unless special request is made and approved by convention staff.)
4: Please, fill out forms completely.
5: Convention takes 15% of all sales to cover space, staffing, and processing fees.
The Legal Part
1: All items are sold as-is. the convention is not responsible for any missing pieces, damaged, or otherwise undesirable items.
2: All sales are Final! no refunds. (inspect all items before purchase.)
3: All pricing is as listed.
4: Convention reserves rights to refuse items. These include: condition, value (over priced), incomplete, break spirit of sale, etc.
5: Convention takes no responsibility for products damaged, misplaced, or mislabeled. Convention will staff area and will watch for shoplifting, sticker swapping, and other mischief but cannot guarantee security for your items.
